The exhibition «Treasury of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)»
The exhibition «Treasury of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)» is a state-owned museum with more than 5,000 exhibits.
The exhibition is divided into several halls:
- hall of diamonds, polished diamonds, gems; In addition to precious stones, stone-cutting products of Yakut masters made by various technologies are presented here.
- exclusive products hall; This hall presents author’s jewelry.
- Hall of history of mining and processing of precious metals. The exhibits of this hall are winter men’s and ceremonial women’s clothing. The example of this clothing explains the climatic conditions in the Republic. Items of personal jewelry, as well as mining and processing of metals serve as examples that characterize the material culture of the past tense.
